EXPERIENCE THE POWER OF BREATHWORK AND LEARN WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO MAXIMISE EVERY SINGLE BREATH FOR OPTIMAL WELLBEING!Correct breathing habits are a major pillar of good health. In fact, more and more research is leading us to understand that lung function is one of the greatest indicators of our health.
Hence it is truly concerning that so many people nowadays have a sub-optimal breathing pattern, and are completely unaware of this and the impact it can have on their overall wellbeing.
Amongst other things, poor breathing habits can impact:
- the way you sleep at night
- fuel your stress levels and heighten feelings of anxiety
- exacerbate brain fog.
When you breathe poorly, you may also experience:-
- unexplained neck and shoulder pain, which can be caused by overuse of your accessory breathing muscles and incorrect use of your diaphragm (your primary breathing muscle).
- you may feel the need to catch your breath or constantly sigh.
The Introduction to Breathwork Workshop is very much an informative and experiential session to explore how you breathe and how breathwork can become a part of your own self-care toolbox.
You will learn that better breathing is not an additive process in which you learn specific techniques for improving the breathing you already have. Instead, It is a process of deconstruction where you learn to identify the things you are already doing, which may be restricting the natural flow of breath and preventing you from having an optimal breathing pattern.
Why is this so important? Because, far too often, I see people practicing techniques which are exacerbating an existing sub-optimal breathing pattern.
So I heartily invite you to book your place today to discover:
• how you breathe
• what impacts your breath
• whether your breath is hindering sleep & fuelling your stress response
. and how to start training and strengthening your diaphraghm so as to optimise the way you breathe, and ensure each and every breath supports your daily and long-term wellbeing.
And if you are already familiar with breathwork, then you might want to check out my other workshops and weekly online Breath-Body-Mind class at www.staceylandau.com/breathwork.
