Please join us at the Moberly Library on Saturday, March 7th at 1:00 p.m. for "Introduction to Amigurumi" with Ashlee Willis. Ashlee will talk about how she got started making amigurumi and will assist attendees in getting a project started. Copies of both of Ashlee's crochet pattern books will be offered for sale after the program.
Ashlee Willis was born and raised in Moberly, MO, and has lived in the Boonville, MO, area for the past 20 years. She has been crocheting since a young age, but didn't begin creating her own patterns until after her son was born 18 years ago. Since then, she has started an Etsy shop called Whimsical Toad Crochet. She has recently published two pattern books. The first, Garden Whimsy Crochet, is full of playful and simple patterns. The second, Forest Enchantment Crochet, includes intermediate+ patterns.
