Introduction Discussion about Meditation on the Inner Light and Sound

Welcome to our Introduction to Sant Mat Meditation discussion.

Today's event is informational in nature and is limited to those18 and above.
Sant Baljit Singh Ji will not be at this event, it will be hosted by local practitioners.
We are located on the 2nd Floor of the Westchester Masonic Lodge (no affiliation) and there is plenty of free parking available behind the building - look for the narrow driveway on the left side of the building with the sign pointing to the parking lot.
Today's event is to give you some background and history of the theory and practice of meditation on inner light and sound.
This is a discussion only, we will not be teaching you how to meditate today.
We will discuss things like the Wheel of Life and the Mystery of Death (karma and reincarnation) and how to rise above this cycle through ethical living and meditation.
