Come join us for our second club meeting where we will be taking a leisurely stroll through the Sepulveda Basin Wildlife Reserve to observe and learn about the local bird species. This meeting is focus on mental health and wellness. We will invite you to participate in some breathing excersizes by the water along with a quick nature journaling activity. We will close with a discussion on nature and mental health . This event is perfect for nature enthusiasts and bird lovers alike. Please join us to learn a little moreabout birding and how it can help you and your loved ones!
