We are excited to announce the launch of Played in Bradford, our city's commitment to working together to use the power of sport to improve outcomes for the communities we serve.
Brought to you by the Bradford City FC Community Foundation, the Bradford Bulls Foundation and the Yorkshire Cricket Foundation, Played in Bradford brings together the charitable arms of the area's biggest sporting institutions. Active Bradford join the collective as our strategic oversight and insights partner.
The project aims to share expertise and resources across the three organisations at its heart, to leverage our collective reach, experience and skill to deliver change.
Using our expert backgrounds in sporting activity and heritage, Played in Bradford will harness the power of both sport and the three organisations' badges and deep-rooted connections with the people of Bradford to instil skills, confidence, physical wellbeing and resilience in the young people at the heart of our community.
You are invited to join us for our exclusive launch event on Tuesday 18th August, when representatives from each organisation will discuss the partnership in more detail, field questions, and share their plans for a measurable, impactful, long-term scheme which will give young people in our city the tools to take ownership of their futures as a first step for change.
