We had so much fun the first time, we are doing it again!! Introduction to Zumba Gold is a fun, low-impact dance fitness class designed for beginners and active older adults. This class focuses on learning the basic Zumba Gold steps at a comfortable pace, with easy-to-follow instruction and upbeat music.
Participants will break down simple movements and gradually build into short, choreographed routines, improving coordination, balance, and overall fitness in a supportive and welcoming environment. No dance experience is required.

Schedule: Fridays, February 6-27 | 10:30–11:15 AM
Location: Bristol Parks & Recreation, 101 Asylum Road
Fee: $15 for 4 sessions (no refunds for missed time)
