This Intro to Yoga Workshop is designed especially for beginners and those returning to the mat after time away offering guidance, support, and zero pressure.
Led by Shalan, lovingly known as the “Best Beginner’s Instructor on the Planet,” you’ll learn:
✨ Yogic breath
✨ Foundational postures
✨ How to use props (with no shame)
✨ Proper body alignment
✨ Tools to calm and focus your mind
✨ How to stretch safely and confidently
