Whether you're seeking injury management or prevention, striving for more harmony and balance in the body and mind, or simply looking to try something new for yourself or with friends ... join our supportive community and gain a solid base to build a healthy yoga practice.
Each class in the series includes discussion, posture practice, introduction to breathwork and relaxation, and lifestyle support techniques. Plenty of time for questions and exploration!
