This is a workshop designed for anyone new to yoga or looking to get back into a practice. It will provide you with a safe space to dip your toe into the world of yoga and learn the fundamentals of pranayama (breath), asana (movement) and meditation. Discussion and asking questions are encouraged! This workshop is perfect for ALL bodies.....all ages and abilities. Flexibility is not a requirement, just an open mind and willingness to try!
