Has yoga piqued your interest? Join us as we break down a yoga class! We will introduce you to all the basics. This is great for anyone who has been interested in yoga but isn’t sure what to expect, or if you want to take it slow and understand the “why” behind what we do.
We have mats and all the props you will need. You are always welcome to bring your own mat. This class is done in bare feet, bring water. Please message to RSVP. $20 for this class. We can’t wait to welcome you!
