Intro to Watsu Basics + Floating Sound Bath: Saturday, August 16th @ 11am

Hello Warm water friends,

I am pleased to share my pool and give you the gift of watsu.

Watsu is a beautfiul practice, where you support another in body temperature water. There they dont have to think, they can release what they carry and just BE.

Who wouldnt want that?!

During our practice, Dusty will be serenating us with her transportive instruments!

You'll want to bring:

Bathing suit

Towel

Cozy change of clothes

Water bottle

Instructions:

we do ask that you come showered, no hair products, or lotions.

Our pool is saline, and minimually treated.

There is an outdoor shower for you to use as well.
