Join me for an 'Intro to Triathlon Night' at Bicycles East.
I will go through a PPT on what to expect in training and racing for a triathlon. We well even recommend some great local races. This is great for those brand new to triathlon or only a few races in. If you are a triathlon veteran you are also welcome to come and offer any additional insight you may have!
If you don't know me quite yet I have done number sprint and olympic triathlons, 14-70.3 Ironman and 1 full Ironman. I have done a handful of Xterra triathlons. I was lucky enough to compete at both 70.3 Worlds and Xterra Worlds. I am very involved in all things triathlon and cycling in our community.
