Intro to Theta Therapy in Jackson

Theta therapy is a meditation technique that helps our brain reach a theta wave state. Theta waves in our brain help connect us with creativity, intuition, daydreaming, and fantasizing. It is a repository for memories, emotions, sensations. Theta waves are strong during internal focus, meditation, prayer, and spiritual awareness.
By use Theta therapy to connect to the Source, the Theta therapy practitioner to be intuitively guided to ask the right questions, find the root cause of the issue, change the old beliefs, thoughts, emotions and habits and in its place create new, empowering, helpful emotions, thoughts, or habits.

Laura Lamun uses her training in Theta Healing to gently guide each client to discover what they need to upgrade. Like installing a new operating system, we can pull and replace Core Beliefs from generations of ancestors that may be responsible for your habits and patterns.
