In this workshop, you receive an introduction to the subtle body.
1:00 pm-3:00 pm: Intro to the Subtle Body topics include: What is life force energy (prana/chi)? What are the energy channels (nadis)? What is kundalini? What are the five bodies (koshas)? What are the five winds (vayus)? What are the seven energy centers (chakras)?
3:00 pm-4:00 pm: Creativity and the Chakras! Connect with your inner artist through chakra exploration, collage, and color therapy. Let your intuition be your guide with an exploration of expressive group collage. The only requirement for this experience is to have fun and be open. Supplies will be provided. And, you are invited to bring old magazines, crayons, paint, markers, etc.
