Intro to the Scroll Saw

No prior woodworking experience is required.

Students will learn to use the Spark scroll saws for small, delicate work. Students will learn safety, set up, and operation of the saws. Students will cut out a pre-existing template, and take the example home at the end of the class.

Members-Scroll saw certification is available for members who demonstrate safe use of the tool.

ACTIVE SPARK MEMBERS- Because of generous donations from the Frank Loomis Palmer Fund, Bank of America, N.A., Trustee, the price of our certification classes has been greatly subsidized. Making them more affordable to our membership.

Age 18+

Class Fee is non-refundable. Please plan accordingly. Please note that this class may not run if it does not meet minimum enrollment. If this happens, you will be contacted a week ahead of time.
