Starting on Wednesday 10/22Chris Himmel will lead this series introducing the fundamentals of Tai Chi for new students.
The focus will be on learning the basic principles of
Tai Chi and the first section of the Yang Style Short Form.
Classes will meet Wednesdays at 6:00pm
October 22 - December 17 (No class on November 26)
at Internal Arts New England
(102 Bridge Road in Salisbury).
