Intro to Taekwondo for Kids

In this beginner class, kids will be introduced to the principles of Taekwondo in a fun and engaging way. Our instructors will guide them through basic techniques and movements, helping them build confidence and discipline. This is a very active class that will get kids moving while practicing balance, flexiblity, stamina, and strength. Their grown-ups are welcome to join in too! Participants must be at least 8 years old.
