Intro to STRONG Pilates: Mother’s Day Celebration

Join us in person for a fun Intro to STRONG Pilates session designed to celebrate all the amazing moms, mentors, and besties out there! Whether you're new to Pilates or just want to try something fresh, this intro class is perfect for you. Bring your mom, a friend, or just yourself! Let’s sweat, strengthen, and have a blast honoring Mother’s Day together! We're excited to offer this class, normally $39, for just $15! Better yet? Bring a friend, and receive both tickets for half the price!

WHAT YOU'LL GET

• A 45-minute high-intesity, low-impact, Pilates-inspired workout introducing you to STRONG, the only fitness concept that combines Pilates, cardio, and strength-training into one class!

WHAT TO BRING

• Grip socks (required, available for purchase)
• Water bottle & sweat towel (recommended, available for purchase)

PARKING

• Free parking is available for up to 90 minutes with validation in The Charlie apartment garage, conveniently located at the studio.
