Gain experience in topic selection, set organization, and stage presence—all in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Instructor/stand-up comedian Julie Sandoval will bring out the comedian inside any community member who wants to step out of their comfort zone!
Julie's step-by-step approach to the art of stand-up comedy will teach community members to:
*Overcome performance fear
*Write material
*Create a five-minute stand-up set
*Find timing that delivers
*Discover, and play with, stage personas
*And most importantly laugh, have fun, and make new friends
