Sourdough bread uses fermentation by naturally occurring yeast that gives it that tangy flavor. Join us on Saturday, January 17th, at 11:00 am for a crash course that will cover everything you need to know about creating a sourdough starter, from feeding to baking.
Attendees will receive materials for their own starter.
Registration is required and will close the day before the program. See the link in the Tickets tab to register.
