This free class explores the uniqueness of vibration and how all things vibrate at a specific frequency. If your vibration is out of alignment and something isn't vibrating at its assigned frequency you can feel unwell, not functioning at peak performance or just downright ill. Tuning forks, singing bowls and other tools of vibration can align the body and the space around you so that all comes back into vibrational harmony. We will have a hands-on demonstration and a full class tune up session. Learning how to combine meditation and vibrational wellness to enhance our daily lives and the spaces around us.
