Step away from the noise of everyday life and into a space of deep relaxation and inner calm. Join us at the Wilson Library for a gentle sound bath experience, where soft tones, peaceful rhythms, and soothing soundscapes will guide you into a restful state of mindfulness.
Amy will also talk a bit about how sound healing works and you will be able to try out her instruments.
No movement required—just sit or lie down, get comfortable, and listen. Please bring a yoga mat or cushions if you would like to lay down.
