Intro to Self-Defense for Women

I’m hosting a pop-up seminar on March 16th! 

This seminar will be a great time to: 

• Learn practical safety skills 
• Make friends 
• Touch grass! 
• Practice emotional and physical regulation 
• Move your body! 

I will be teaching material based on 15+ years of experience practicing and teaching traditional karate.  My approach is designed for beginners, scalable over time, and thoughtful to those who have lived experience with violence and trauma -  it’s also just stupid fun to get together and hit things. . Empower yourself by taking one step towards increased safety for yourself and your community! I can’t wait to train together.
