I had visions of hosting an event @wild.heart.herb.house, I stepped out of my comfort zone and made it happen. I am beyond excited to be hosting a class where we will discuss the basics of self care and how to add it into your routine. Participants will also be receiving goodies to take home!
So mark your calendars, on May 23rd I’ll be teaching my first class ever; Into to Self-Care at the @wild.heart.herb.house, it’s no coincidence why I chose this date, we’ll be bringing in the energy of the flower full moon into the class - tickets are $25 and limited to 7 guests.
