Every Tuesday night in January from 7-9 PM. You can register here: https://www.eventcreate.com/e/salsaintroThis class is for people who have never danced salsa before or who are still new to salsa and want more familiarity with the basics. We’ll provide detailed, clear instructions about:
-The basic step and counts
-Basic turns alone and with a partner
-Body position and basic body movement
-Etiquette and partner connection for social dancing
There will be plenty of slow practice in order to integrate the material. No partner is required in order to take the class.
Each class will progress from the last one so it is highly recommended to enroll for the whole month (4 Tuesdays). However, it is also possible to drop in for a single class.
Cost: Full month (8 hours of training) $60
Single class drop in (2 hours) $20
This class will teach the popular NY style of salsa using on2 timing.
