Intro to Resistance Training

This is a 1-on-1 instruction type of session but you'll be alongside others doing their sessions! If you're not doing high-effort resistance training at least 3x/week you are missing out on:
- Ladies: Better development of glutes legs arms.

- Becoming progressively stronger and more fit

You probably already know this but have never known how to where to begin. And the traditional gyms are probably overwhelming. Enroll in this session and we can get you started. We'll isolate the appropriate exercises for your specific goals and capabilities and focus on teaching you proper form. We'll begin the dialogue and educate you on how to continue with this type of program for yourself.
