A complete introduction to quilting, from cutting to binding! Mary loves to make learning to quilt as fun & friendly as possible! She walks you through every step, and cheers you on as you learn all the foundational skills.This fun little patchwork sampler covers all the basic steps of quilting. It includes all of the most common units of patchwork quilt blocks: half square triangles (HST), flying geese, half rectangle triangles (HRT), and curves, along with sashing, borders, basting, quilting, and binding. All of this skill building goodness in a small-scale size to make it easily doable. You’ll be a quilter before you know it!

6 evening classes: Tuesdays 6-9pm, 5/26 - 6/30. If you have to miss a class, make up classes are available on some Saturday afternoons during Studio Hours.
Fees: $285 for 6 classes. Materials purchased separately, and we have everything you need in the shop - come by to pick out your fabric, or you can even wait until the first night of class
Sewing machine experience comparable to our Beginner Sewing: Learn the Machine class is necessary for this series.
