We think this tension keeps us secure, but eventually, it suffocates our creative intuition, our focus, and our energy.
What is Qigong? At its core, Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese practice of structural and energetic maintenance. It combines slow, deliberate movement, regulated breathing, and focused intention. While often described as a moving meditation, in practical terms, it is a physical protocol for clearing deep tension, optimizing your body's internal circuitry, and bringing an over-clocked nervous system back to baseline. It is the physical practice of learning how to put the shield down.

Instructor Bio:
Rachel Schutt is a professional metal sculptor and Qigong Practitioner dedicated to the alchemy of transformation, whether she is forging raw steel in the studio or guiding Qi through the human body.
Having spent years navigating high-pressure, intensely demanding corporate environments, Rachel intimately understands the heavy, rigid armor that deep thinkers and creatives are often forced to wear just to survive the modern world. But armor that is worn too long eventually suffocates the spirit and dampens creative intuition.
Rachel views Qigong not as abstract wellness, but as a profound somatic art and an ancestral technology for energetic liberation. She combines the deep, esoteric wisdom of energy mechanics with a builder’s practical understanding of structural integrity. Her practice is dedicated to helping individuals clear the internal static, move trapped energy out of an over-active mind, and anchor themselves so deeply in their physical center that their true creative and energetic force can flow unhindered.
