Intro to Pyrography

Curious about learning pyrography/wood burning? In this beginner’s class, we’ll introduce pyrography tool options, pen nibs types, burning methods, mark making techniques, and safe use and care of pyro units.

You’ll practice on scrap wood and/or custom designed and structured worksheets. Then go doodle to your heart’s desire on pre lasercut wood shapes to take home. Shapes are provided for items like book marks, coasters, key chains, or ornaments. Bring your own drawing ideas or trace from graphics provided in class. For creative minds of all ages and skill levels looking to try out pyrography. Tuition includes materials and tool use.
