Whether you're brand new to pole dance or looking to refine your flow, this course will help you build confidence and artistry in your movement.✨ What You’ll Learn:

No experience? No problem! This course is beginner-friendly and designed for all levels. Get ready to unlock your inner performer. Completion of this course will grant you immediate access to our level 1 and up choreography classes (poleography, slink & slither, and sensual Sequence)
Kneepads and heels are optional, recommended but not required!
