We are thrilled to bring you Intro to Pole with Sian every Thursday throughout August
In these sessions you will learn how to perform climbs, sits and spins in a safe and inclusive space. They are the perfect start to your Pole journey.
You do not need to commit to every session, as with all our classes you can just book the sessions that work for you.
