Get a taste of what’s to come with this exciting class, designed as the perfect introduction before starting your 8-Week Pole Series. Whether you're new to pole or returning after a break, this class is the ideal way to refresh your skills and reignite your passion. We begin with a dynamic mat warm-up, followed by an introduction to floorwork and smooth transitions from the floor to the pole. As the class progresses, you'll learn pole tricks, spins, transitions, sensual movement, and conditioning exercises to build strength and technique. The session culminates in a confidence-boosting group dance performance, followed by a soothing cool-down stretch. Don’t forget to bring your camera and your favorite song to make the experience unforgettable!This class is optional but recommended to help you feel ready and excited as you embark on your 8-Week Pole Series journey.
