As humans, we are natural movers — but somewhere along the way, we’ve started to forget that.Many of us run, lift, play sports, or practice yoga, yet few pause to explore how our bodies are truly designed to move. The human body is capable of an incredible range of motion — balancing, crawling, rolling, lifting, throwing, catching, climbing, jumping, swimming, running, and more. When we specialize too early or too narrowly, we lose touch with this full spectrum of human movement.
In this beginner-friendly Intro to Natural Movement Practices, you’ll rediscover what your body was built to do. Starting from the ground up, you’ll learn fundamental movement patterns and how to integrate them into everyday life and training. You’ll leave the workshop seeing the world as your playground — ready to crawl, jump, balance, and flow your way toward greater strength, mobility, and confidence in motion.
