This is for everyone who woke up one morning wondering why they weren’t having fun anymore. Now is the time for you to do something just for you!
This 3-hour workshop for women 40+ will take you from easy breathwork and warm ups, to learning a simple yet fun choreography. You will surprise yourself with what you’re capable of and have some laughs along the way!
