Intro to Jewelry Making: Enameling

In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn how to use basic jewelry tools, work with non-ferrous metals, and explore the exciting art of enameling on metal to create your own unique pendant or pair of earrings!

Our instructor will guide you step-by-step through the process — from preparing your metal to applying enamel and firing your piece in a jewelry kiln. By the end of class, you’ll have a finished, one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry to take home and wear proudly.

You’ll Learn:

• How to safely use basic jewelry-making tools
• How to work with non-ferrous metals like copper and brass
• How to apply and fire enamel to add color and design to metal
• How to finish your piece into earrings or a pendant
