With 10 years of experience as a full-time educator, and a portfolio of clients like HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Twitch, JetBlue, Tuesday Morning, and more – Natalie thrives on sharing her love of lettering in a workshop setting!
If you can write in cursive, or even if you can just print, OK, even if you can just hold a pen — with practice and instruction you can develop a unique hand lettering style!
This pen party is a workshop with a focus on feeling more colorful, creative and connected and familiarizing yourself with hand lettering basics.

CONTENT
Learn hand lettering lingo
Learn the basic strokes of a playful script alphabet
Practice strokes and movements to connect letters and make artful words
Understand the mechanics and theories of the faux-ligraphy style of hand lettering
Overview of basic embellishment and variation techniques to make your lettering pop
Discussion of tools, uses and modifications
Learn a hand lettering style that you can use with any pen in your drawer
Create a small finished design to enjoy and pat yourself on the back; yay for you!
Class includes 2 hours of demonstrations and practice time
MATERIALS
All workshop materials are provided in a kit for each participant.

Select your class below and submit your registration. You will receive a confirmation email. Please note workshop policies.
WORKSHOP POLICIES:
Project Policy: One guest per project (no sharing). Each attending guest must be registered.
Class Size Policy: We require a minimum of 10 guests to hold this specialty workshop. We will contact you in the event the class needs to be rescheduled.
Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not offer refunds. We understand emergencies happen. If you cannot attend your scheduled workshop, please call 614.721.5057 or email us at [email protected] ASAP and we will transfer your registration to a future class. Notice received less than 48 hours from your class date will be charged at $15 transfer fee. Guests who fail to contact us prior to class start time are considered a no-show and will forfeit their registration fee.
