ABOUT THE EVENT :

Knowing how to grieve is knowing how to stand in vulnerability to develop courage & resiliency meeting Life in all its fullness. And, we are not meant to do this alone.

If your heart breaks for the world, for others, for yourself, we invite you to:

- share your grief

- release your emotional burdens

- re-weave who you are: body, mind, heart and soul

- build community

- transform grief into energy for transformation and repair

Join us as we take a sacred pause between the seasons of summer and winter to allow space for honoring and healing the grief we all carry. Through group exercises, simple ritual, guided meditation, and song we will learn more about grief tending, and move through the four essential elements of transformation.

Whether you are mourning personal loss or the greater heartbreaks of social and climate collapse, this afternoon ritual offers a safe space to open, grieve and heal, and all of you is welcome here.

Limited to 25 participants for intimacy
