Intro to food-wine pairing (Level 3 intensive - full day)

A one-day course, to introduce food-wine pairing techniques.

Intro on tasting wine, with a special focus on mouth sensations, followed by theory and practice of food-wine pairing.

You will start to understand how to choose the right wine for your meals!

Food is included, which will suffice as a light lunch.

At least 7 wines will be presented and paired to food.

Overall, 6 hours (including half an hour lunch break).
