About this Event
This workshop will provide an overview of foundational flower growing practices, alongside reflective, therapeutic exercises that support emotion regulation, self-compassion, and overall mental well-being. Through guided discussion and hands-on learning, you’ll explore how tending to flowers can become a grounding, supportive wellness practice.
Topics will include:
- How to assess your growing space with curiosity
- Thoughtful crop planning and seed selection
- Seed-starting basics and preparing for planting
- Ways to approach flower growing with intention and care—for both plants and self
Whether you’re growing flowers outdoors or using flower growing as a metaphor for personal growth, you’ll leave with practical tools to support intentional growth and well-being. Seed-starting kits and journals will be provided!
