Intro to Floral Design - a collab with Craft-DIY & Gordon's Garden

Welcome to Intro to Floral Design, a collaborative class offered by CraftDIY and Gordon Gibson! It’s time to shake off those winter blues and dive into the beauty of springtime in Charleston

In this class, you’ll learn how to etch designs into your very own glass vases as well as how to create an original mounded floral design.

Craft-DIY will be providing supplies and instruction so you can etch beautful designs into the vases you'll then fill with a stunning floral arrangment.

Our floral designs will be spring-inspired and feature beautiful botanicals such as roses, carnations, daisies, chrysanthemums, and many more gorgeous blooms. Our color palette will include soft peaches, pinks, and whites, with pops of yellow and blue for accent colors. During the class you’ll also learn about basic color theory, the elements and principles of design, and how to choose botanicals to make designs on your own at home.

Glass vases, etching supplies, floral snips, and all botanicals will be provided. All you need to do is show up ready to learn two amazing new skills in one unique DIY class!
