We'll explore together how to use pure essential oils to support the wellness of your body and mind at home or in the workplace.

Whether you're drawn to using them for emotional physical mental or even spiritual support we'll dive into aromatic topical & internal use & much more!

About this Event

Are you curious about the different ways pure essential oils could be used to enhance and elevate your day to day life?

I hold bi-monthly oils immersion workshops in Brighton & Hove which offer gorgeous sensory experiences where you can dive into all of this & more.

I warmly invite you to join me when you’ll not only learn a whole heap but also get to feeel the oils work as we:

*Start with a cup of ceremonial cacao & draw an oracle card (depicting wild plants)

*Try them on our skin (topical application)

*Inhale them (aromatic application)

*Sample them in food & drinks (internal application - food-grade)

We’ll talk when to use each application method and why as well as safety considerations.

Invariably conversations usually go deeper than this too depending on the group and areas of interest.

I also explain how to buy for those wanting to do so.

Exchange is £20 (+ allevents fee) including optional hand or shoulder rub, handouts to take home & essentially-infused refreshments.
