How to Ecstatic Dance?

Most people will say, there is nothing to learn, just let your body move.

When I started dance 6 years ago, I had been an engineer for a decade and a resident of my mind for two decades. Modern life makes us dwell mostly in our heads and so I did not know how to move my body.

After learning many modalities like T.ntra, Authentic Relating, Contact Improv, I would like to offer a beginer friendly fast track to embodiment.

You can come for the instruction or for the dance alone
