Third Space and the Bennington Library are partnering up to provide space to explore creativity, learn new skills and socialize with other crafters. Join us for a rotating schedule of free skill classes and open craft circles.
INTRO TO CROCHET 2 CLASS - Amigurumi (9am-10am)
*You do not need to have come to Intro to Crochet 1 to participate!*
This month we will learn how to crochet by making a simple amigurumi animal (options to customize). Skills we will cover include:
- single crochet stitches
- increasing and decreasing stitches to create a 3D object
- stuffing and details
Length of class varies by project, crafter's skill level and number of class participants. Feel free to bring a craft project from home to work on in the event you complete the group project quickly, but would like to stay for some social crafting time.
The event is for adults. It's free and materials will be provided.
