Connect MLS is Georgia MLS's newest online listing database. This MLS platform is designed, from the ground up, to keep you at the forefront of every real estate transaction. It provides on-the-go access and full functionality on any device. With this class, you will learn workflows for searching listings and finding comparable properties to present to your clients. Learn to utilize the mapping capabilities for searching listings as well as displaying parcel boundaries and flood map layers. Develop your knowledge of the market by utilizing community reports, public records, and much more.
