The 5 elements theory is used to understand how the body interacts with the world around us. Each element has many characteristics including season, meridians, organs, foods, color, taste, emotion, personality traits.
In this workshop you will learn about the elements through discussion, yoga, pranayama and acupressure. Gain a greater understanding of which elements are dominant within yourself to help you identify strengths and weaknesses with the goal of restoring balance and harmony.
