This is a hands on introduction to making soft cheeses from scratch taking place at our store, Perfect Brewing Supply, on May 18th from 10:00am to 1:00pm. Come prepared to stretch, tug and shape your very own Mozzerella and learn about many of the other soft cheeses that can be made under an hour.
