New to BootyMix? This class is for you!Intro to BootyMix with Kayla is a no-pressure "mini class" designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to jump into any BootyMix class on the schedule.
We will break down some of our most common moves, walk you through how class flows, and talk through what to expect when you walk into the studio, from the music to the vibe to how we cue movement. You will have time to ask questions, laugh, and try things out without feeling rushed or watched.
Then we will put it all together and dance through a few full routines so you can experience the magic for yourself.
No dance experience required.
No pressure to get it “right.”
Just a supportive space to move, learn, and have fun.
