It's Bago's first bikepacking trip of the season! This trip is geared towards those who are interested in bikepacking and who want a lighter trip to test the waters. We'll set off from Winnebago Bicycle on Sat, April 18th around 3:00pm and ride 28ish miles to High Cliff State Park for a 1-nighter. The next morning, we'll take off for the shop early enough to get back by early afternoon. For those who are interested, but don't yet have camping gear or bags to carry their gear, please reach out to us to learn more about our gear library for outfitting yourself for the trip. If you need bags to carry your gear or are interested in using the shuttle vehicle for carrying your gear, just let us know and we'll get you set up!What to bring:
- Your bike
- Shelter/sleeping gear
- Food (there'll be a fire for cooking, bring a stove if you feel you need one)
- A change of cloths for mid April
- $5 admission
- A positive attitude
