This series of three, 75-minute classes will provide students with a firm foundation so they feel comfortable and confident beginning their Ashtanga Yoga journey. These classes will cover what Ashtanga Yoga is and why it works, Sun Salutations and standing poses and how to modify, Mysore-style 101, and more! The registration fee includes one month of unlimited classes.* Students much register for all three sessions.
