Animal Flow is ground based movement, made fun, challenging and effective.
This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness abilities. A great total body workout that encourages you to move more naturally, with fluidity, cultivating better body awareness, making it a great addition to your training. Come and explore Quadrupedal Movement Training (QMT) where we will learn the 6 components of this movement system: Wrist Mobilizations, Activations, Form Specific Stretches, Switches & Transitions, Traveling Forms and the Flow.
